Prices start at £195 per week for the apartment and £275 for the Grange in low season.
High season prices are £285 for the apartment and £430 for the Grange.
These are the prices for 2007.
We do a 10% discount for the over 60s.

THE WEEKLY RATES ARE :
* For a group of up to 6 people (Grange)
* For a group up to 4 people (Apartment)
* For reservation from 3pm Saturday to 10am the following Saturday
* Inclusive of gas, electricity and water
Booking Conditions
If circumstances beyond our control force us to cancel or to alter your booking we will notify you of this immediately and limit our refund to all monies paid.
Upon receipt of your booking form and deposit of £75 per week we will confirm your booking in writing within 14 days. Any alterations to party size or to travel arrangements must be confirmed in writing.
Cancellations of bookings must be confirmed in writing. The receipt of a cancellation in writing up to 8 weeks before departure date will incur the loss of the deposit only. If the cancellation is received less than 8 weeks before departure then the following charges apply :
6-8 weeks before depart date - loss of 20%
4-6 weeks before depart date - loss of 30%
2-4 weeks before depart date - loss of 50%
1-2 weeks before depart date - loss of 75%
0-1 weeks before depart date - loss of 100%
We accept no responsibility for any loss or additional expenses caused by accident, sickness, strikes, stoppages, transport problems, weather, fire, flood, theft or any other events beyond our control. We accept no liability or responsibility for loss or damage to clients’ baggage.
The clients will be responsible for any loss, damage or breakages that may occur to the accommodation during their period of occupation. The clients undertake to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and to make good any loss or damage. You are required to pay a £75 breakages deposit which will be returned to you within 2 weeks of your departure assuming that the accommodation has been left in a clean and tidy condition and that any breakages or damage have been made good.
Clients may check into the accommodation after 3pm on the scheduled day of arrival and must vacate the accommodation by 10am on the day of departure.
Our prices are guaranteed against currency fluctuations and no surcharges or refunds will be imposed. In the unlikely event of an introductiion by the government of a tax on foreign holidays we reserve the right to pass this charge on to you.
All information is published in good faith and we, Sarah and David Pritchard, accept no liability for any errors or omissions.
The party leader, being over 18 years of age must sign the booking form which is confirmation of acceptance of and agreement to be bound by the booking conditions as set out above.
Reservation
Once you have checked availability of your chosen period, we suggest that if you wish to reserve, you make a provisional telephone or e-mail booking which will be confirmed in writing once we are in receipt of your completed booking form along with the booking deposit.
